We run a standard evidence baseline across your technology environment, investigate the concern that matters most to your leadership team, and turn the findings into a practical 90-day plan.

The standard baseline
What does the firm actually depend on, and who is responsible for each piece? Most leadership teams are surprised by the answer.
Who can get into what? Do people who left still have accounts?
Are the laptops your staff carry client data on actually protected, encrypted, and up to date?
If you lost everything today, could you get it back? Has anyone ever proved it with a real restore?
Who owns the problem, who gets called, and does everyone agree on that before the bad day?
Where we can't get proof, we say so. Anything unverifiable is marked Not Verified, never assumed.
What you walk away with
You receive a current-state technology, dependency, and ownership map; a concise evidence appendix; 5–10 prioritized actions with owners, timing, and relative effort; and a 90-day improvement or transition plan.
A senior Pine IT operator leads the results meeting. Findings are reported as Red, Amber, Green, or Not Verified, with evidence and limitations. The deliverables belong to you.
