The standard baseline

Evidence across the technology your firm depends on.

We review material systems, access, endpoints, recovery, support responsibilities, and unknowns. Existing systems stay where the evidence shows they are adequate.

  1. Business-critical systems and ownership

Systems, dependencies, vendors, and who owns each material responsibility.

  2. Microsoft 365, identity, and access

Tenant configuration, permissions, privileged access, and account lifecycle evidence.

  3. Endpoint management and protection

Device inventory, management, patching, encryption, and protection coverage.

  4. Backup and recovery evidence

Coverage, administration, recent job evidence, and whether recovery can be demonstrated.

  5. Support, incident, and escalation responsibilities

Named owners, decision paths, monitoring handoffs, and usable escalation procedures.

  6. Material unknowns

Unavailable or insufficient evidence is recorded as Not Verified, not assumed.

What you walk away with

Buyer-owned findings and a practical plan.

You receive a current-state technology, dependency, and ownership map; a concise evidence appendix; 5–10 prioritized actions with owners, timing, and relative effort; and a 90-day improvement or transition plan.

A senior Pine IT operator leads the results meeting. Findings are reported as Red, Amber, Green, or Not Verified, with evidence and limitations. The deliverables belong to you.

This is not a penetration test, formal audit, certification, legal, privacy, or insurance opinion, or a guarantee of any outcome.

How it works

Baseline, focus, and senior judgment.

  1. Standard evidence baseline

We review the systems, operating practices, ownership, and evidence your firm depends on.

  2. One priority focus

At intake, leadership chooses one bounded concern for a deeper investigation.

  3. Senior synthesis

An experienced operator turns the evidence into prioritized actions and a practical 90-day plan.

Choose your priority

One deeper focus, selected at intake.

Risk, AI, cyber-insurance, client questionnaires, Microsoft 365, recovery, and vertical-specific concerns are focus lenses within the same review.

Provider accountability

Incumbent provider, vendor, and ownership clarity

Backup and recovery

Recovery evidence, responsibilities, and confidence

Microsoft 365

Permissions, identity, access, and operating ownership

Campaign concerns

Cyber-insurance, client questionnaires, AI/Copilot, or a vertical-specific concern

After the review

A paid entry into Managed Technology Operations.

The review remains useful if you do no follow-on work with Pine IT. If you want Pine IT to own the next steps, the full CAD $2,500 is credited toward remediation or Managed Technology Operations.
