Cyber-insurance renewal
Cyber-insurance renewals got harder. Your evidence should be ready before the questionnaire arrives.
Renewal paperwork asks for line-by-line control evidence. We assemble what is real, mark what is not verified, and give leadership a practical plan for the gaps.
Built for professional firms of 20 to 200 people: Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Architecture, Financial Services, and other firms that handle client data people care about.
The harsh reality
An optimistic “yes” is worse than an honest “no.”
Renewal questionnaires for professional firms now run 12 to 20 pages and ask line by line: is MFA enforced on every account, is there EDR on every device, when did you last restore a backup, and who still has admin access. Carriers check answers against reality when a claim is filed.
For most 20-to-200-person firms, the controls partly exist, but the proof is scattered across an IT provider, an office manager, and someone’s memory. Pulling it together lands on whoever runs IT, usually days before the paperwork is due.
What the review does
Build the renewal evidence once, properly.
The Technology Operations Review runs our standard evidence baseline across your technology, then spends its priority focus on the questions insurers ask: authentication coverage, endpoint protection, backup and restore evidence, access reviews, and incident response.
You get the evidence assembled in a form your broker can use, plus a 90-day plan for the gaps. What we cannot verify, we mark Not Verified rather than guessing. That honesty is worth more at claim time than a prettier scorecard.
